Spec Repairs are the UK’s best value spectacle repairers. Most repairs cost between £14.99 and £19.99 plus VAT/P&P

All prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the standard rate of 17.5% (2010). We quote prices without VAT and charge VAT separately because we work for so many businesses – opticians & hospitals in the UK - who wish to see VAT separately and many foreign businesses where VAT does not apply.

Frame Repairs

Basic frame repairs cost £14.99 but sometimes there are multiple repairs or necessary replacements & extra parts. Nearly all repairs of frames cost less than £19.99.

Lens Replacement

Prices for news single vision lens replacements start at £25

Replacements will cost more according to lens strength and /bi/vari-focals and protective/reflective coatings.

Sunglasses

We can repair and reglaze any sunglasses - all makes and all types of designer sunglasses or otherwise. Prices start from £20 with new sunglass lenses made by Zeiss Sola. Please note that we can reglaze with original parts or with new improved/exact matches and prices will vary - especially if you need prescription sunglasses reglazed and/or Polarised lenses, tint and graduations!

Overhaul

For just £9.99 Spec Repairs will give your glasses/spectacles or sunglasses an overhaul, like an MOT and service all in one! Overhauls include a thorough clean & polish, replacement temple tips, nose pads and tightening or replacement of any screws

Maintenance Kit

Keep your in tip-top condition with your own cleaning fluid, cloth and screwdriver. Just £4.99 and you can save on postage (free/included) if you buy a kit with your repair.
