Just a quick note to let you know how thrilled I am with the the two pairs of glasses/(frames mended) which you have done for me within 48hrs! My glasses were very important to me as I have a complex/very expensive prescription- and when the frames became broken it would have cost several hundreds of pounds per pair to have new glasses made. I went all over town to try and get new frames and it was useless. Thank you soooo much.

Just wanted to thank you for the superb service,very impressed, sent them to you on monday, got them back friday, 2 pairs of glasses repaired for 1/3 the price of one new pair !! Good as new, you would need a magnifying glass to detect the soldered repairs! In this 'disposable' age it's fantastic to see that there are still skilled craftsmen who can repair instead of binning and buying new.

I received my glasses today – delighted with the repair and the quick response to my query.
My local optician had informed me that it was “impossible” to repair them – interesting, since they made them in the first place. (Call me cynical, but I think this may have something to do with the fact that a replacement pair costs upwards of £170…). So thank you. I’ll be telling anyone who’s interested about the excellent service you provide.

I sent a pair of glasses for repair to you on Tuesday, you contacted me by 'phone promptly on Wednesday and the glasses (good as new) are back on my wife's nose today (Thursday) This is a service that I just didn't know existed still in the 21st century.
